Weller Pottery 1930s Greenbriar Short Vase

$335.00

Weller Pottery introduced the Greenbriar line in the early 1930s. The glaze varies from the Coppertone-like green to a drippy, almost frothy white and purple glaze. This is a rarer line and may be a higher valued line from this period.

Here we have a beautiful 4 3/4 inch tall Greenbriar vase. This is a great piece with striking glaze treatment and raised ribs on two sides of the body . The frothiness of the glaze adds a lot of depth to the look of the vase. Perfect for any cabin or woodsy decor.

Exceptional piece in that it has no damage, no chips, no cracks, no scratches to glaze. I cannot detect any underglaze crazing or repairs on this piece. Little to no crazing. Any imperfections are from the firing/manufacturing process including glaze misses and glaze pops. The white spots are studio light reflections.

Complete satisfaction is always guaranteed.
