Weller Pottery 1925 Yellow Flower Blue Klyro Vase

Weller Pottery produced the Klyro line from the early to late 1920's. The design is similar to that of Woodrose. The background of each piece has a molded flower or grape design on a wood grain-like ground. This line was offered in several different color combinations with unusual and easily breakable forms.

This is a wonderful example of a 6 1/4 inch tall Klyro vase sporting a flower design on all sides. Excellent crisp mold with great blue color. I feel that the design has a Japanese influence. Excellent original condition.

Exceptional vase in that it is undamaged, no chips, no cracks, no scratches to glaze and little to no crazing. Any imperfections are from the firing/manufacturing process. I cannot detect any repairs or modification to this piece. The white spots are studio light reflections.
