The Roseville creamwares line dates from 1910 to 1920. The creamwares line includes many items ranging from the Juvenile line to steins, shaving mugs and pin boxes. The Juvenile line had many pieces with different themes but always showed some whimsy by using children's stories and characters.
This rimmed plate has 5 baby chicks in the center that are reminiscent of typical barn yard chicks. Great decorator piece. Great rimmed plate to add to your collection.
Great plate in that it has no cracks, no scratches to glaze, no restoration, no repairs. mild crazing. Any non-perfections are from the firing/manufacturing process. I cannot detect any repairs or modifications. The white spots are studio light reflections.
