Here we have an excellent example of a Muncie Canoe #253 with insert. The Matte Green glaze over the Rose is very attractive on this set. The canoe is 11.5 inches long and is in outstanding condition. A set that would excite any collector of American art pottery. Add this to your collection before someone else does!!
Exceptional set in that it is undamaged, no chips, no cracks, no scratches to glaze, no repairs. FREE from crazing. The insert has a chip to one end that is approximately 1/2 inch long but still displays well. Any imperfections are from the firing/manufacturing process. The white spots are studio light reflections.
