Authentic Loetz Cameo 1920's Mulberry Scenic Vase signed Richard

Loetz produced cameo glass under the name 'Richard' in the 1920's to satisfy demand for cameo glass within the Parisian market. The French company Etling sold Richard cameo glass in Paris in the 1920's. Richard was a retail outlet in Paris owned by Edmond Etling. Etling commissioned Loetz to create French style cameo glass that they could sell in their Richard boutique.

This Loetz Richard vase is beautiful beyond words. The acid etched river landscape scene is striking and exhibits exceptional detail. Wonderful mulberry color. Also, the bottom of the vase displays the correct layering for authentic cameo glass. Displays very well. You will not be disappointed.

Exceptional vase in that it is undamaged, no chips, no cracks, no scratches, no repair or modification was detected.. Any imperfections are from the firing/manufacturing process. One bubble burst on body.
