Roseville Pottery 1941 Orange Rust Bushberry Bud Vase #152-7

The Roseville Pottery company introduced the Bushberry line in 1941. This pattern features large three section leaves with sawtooth edges and clusters of berries. The handles are stylized branch forms. The backgrounds are textures in colors of blue, brown (terra cotta red) and green. Marks are usually raised.

This is a beautiful 7 1/4 inch tall Brown Bushberry Bud vase. The brown background with slightly green leaves and brownish berries are well done. Everything about this vase is just marvelous. It really lends itself to being a highly collectible piece. This was once used as a candle holder as there is still some wax inside.

Exceptional vase in that it is undamaged, no chips, no cracks, no scratches to glaze, no repairs, no restoration. I cannot detect any underglaze crazing. Any non-perfections are from the firing/manufacturing process.
