Roseville Pottery 1935 Rose Velmoss II Vase #714-6
The Roseville Pottery produced the Velmoss II line in 1935. They have an embossed pattern of long pointy leaves in a cluster hanging across three horizontal lines with berries. Pieces are unmarked or have a paper label. This is a great collectible line which is a wonderful example of the Arts and Crafts period.
Here we have a fine example of a 6 1/8 inch tall Velmoss II vase in Rose glaze. This is a cabinet vase with wonderful pointy handles. Perfect arts and crafts style to add to any collection. Excellent ceramic vase.
Exceptional vase in that it is undamaged, no chips, no cracks, no scratches to glaze. FREE from crazing. I cannot detect any repairs or restoration on this piece. The white spot on the inside was a piece of white foam, Any imperfections are from the firing/manufacturing process including glaze misses and glaze pops.
Guaranteed to be original, vintage Roseville pottery. All images are original and un-edited.
