Roseville Pottery 1910-20 Juvenile Child's Chick Mug No 1
The Roseville creamwares line dates from 1910 to 1920. The creamwares line includes many items ranging from the Juvenile line to steins, shaving mugs and pin boxes. The Juvenile line had many pieces with different themes but always showed some whimsy by using children's stories and characters.
This 3 1/2 inch tall round creamer has 3 yellow, baby chicks that surround the body with a border of green. Great cup to add to your collection. Stamped with No 1 on base.
Good cup in that it has no chips, no scratches, no repairs, little to no crazing. tight hairline about 1/2 inch long. Any non-perfections are from the firing/manufacturing process. The white spots are studio light reflections.
