Owens Pottery 1900 Henri Deux Art Nouveau 2 Handle Vase
Owens Pottery manufactured pottery for only 10 years from 1896 to 1907 and won critical acclaim during this time. The Henri Deux line was introduced in 1900. The pieces are molded with incised designs filled with colored clays. The patterns were often of women with an Art Nouveau flair.
Here we have an extremely fine example of a Henri Deux handled vase. The color and golden outlines are in exceptional condition and by far the best I have seen when compared to others. Crisp mold with excellent color and great subject matter. Perfect decorative vase and work of art! Exceptional original condition. Displays extremely well.
Exceptional vase in that it has no chips, no cracks, no scratches to glaze. FREE from crazing. I cannot detect any repairs or modifications. Any non-perfections are from the firing/manufacturing process including glaze misses and glaze pops. Dimensions are below.
Authentic Owens Pottery.
