Heisey Glass Lavender Ice Pouter Pigeon Figure HCA 93 D
The A.H. Heisey Company was formed in Newark, Ohio, in 1895 by A.H. Heisey. The factory provided fine quality glass tableware and decorative glass figurines. Both pressed and blown glassware were made in a wide variety of patterns and colors.
Here we have a second excellent example of a HCA Heisey glass Pouter Pigeon in a Lavender Ice color. This was more than likely produced by the Heisey Museum for one of the conventions in 1993. An excellent above-average piece that displays well, and would be a perfect addition to any collection.
Exceptional pouter pigeon in that it is undamaged, no chips, no cracks, no scratches, no repairs. Any non-perfections are from the firing/manufacturing process. The white spots are studio light reflections.
Authentic Heisey Glass with appropriate annotations on the sides of the base. All pictures are original and un-edited.
