McCoy Pottery 1905 Loy Nel Art Pansy Fluted Vase

McCoy pottery started producing Loy-Nel-Art in 1905. This was named after James McCoy's three sons: Lloyd, Nelson, Arthur. Their standard glaze pieces had a splash of green on the front and a splash of burnt-orange on the back as evidenced by these pictures.

This is a beautiful standard glaze vase. This is a tall one - 11 3/4 inches. This is a wonderful example and a unique piece to own. Lovely hand painted pansies under the glaze. This is hand thrown as evidenced by the top being a little slanted. Perfect piece to display and displays wells from all angles.

Exceptional vase in that it is undamaged, no chips, no cracks, no scratches to glaze and very minor crazing. I cannot detect any repairs on this piece. Any non-perfections are from the firing/manufacturing process.

Authentic McCoy Pottery. All images are original and un-edited.
