Fenton Hobnail pattern is one of the great success stories in American glass. The Hobnail pattern became a staple an was produced in a variety of colors. The milk glass or white color had over 150 items produced.

Milk glass is still a highly collectible color even in today's market as white goes with EVERYTHING! This candle bowl is also known as a candle orifice according to the listing in the reference book. An example of this color can be found in the book "Collectible Glassware from the 40s, 50s, 60s Ninth Edition and Illustrated Value Guide" by Gene & Cathy Florence on page 106. This can be used in many configurations to display flowers, candles or treats.
