Muncie Pottery 1930's High Gloss Peachskin Pig Paperweight
This is a scarce peachskin glaze pig. The peachskin glaze is a highly collectible glaze and easily recognizable. This glaze is a perfect blending of yellow and rusty brown. The Muncie pottery pigs are rarely found and the only ones I have seen are in the Muncie Pottery book.
Exceptional pig in that it is undamaged, no chips, no cracks, no scratches to glaze. FREE from crazing. Any non-perfections are from the firing/manufacturing process. I can not detect any evidence of repair or modification. The white spots are studio light reflections. This is in excellent original condition.
Please review the high resolution pictures because they are part of the description. The pictures are taken with a macro lens which show exceptional detail. Please review each picture carefully and contact with any questions.
