Katherine Van Horne

Katherine Van Horne was an orphan from Newport, Kentucky. She decorated at Rookwood Pottery from 1907 until 1918. Her work can be found on matte, vellum, and porcelain glazes. In 1912 she married fellow artist Cecil Duell. At that time she added the letter "D" to her monogram. She died in the year 1918. Collector interest in her pieces is considered to be average.
