Agnes Pitman

Agnes Pitman was trained in the family business of woodcarving, and brought those skills to her work in pottery. A member of the Cincinnati Pottery Club, she executed pieces at Rookwood from 1881 through 1883. Her works reflect her woodcarving experience as they are typically carved reliefs. Collector interest in her pieces is considered to be average.
